2012 marks the seventh year of EM Sports Academy teams program. This program is designed for the serious elite Gold and Metro players from 11 - 18 years. It is an athlete-centred program with emphasis of technical, tactical, physical and social development of the individual player promoted in a supportive and challenging team environment. The unique EM Sports Academy teams will play exhibition games and participate in Academy Showcase Tournaments in the USA between May and July 2011.


2011 PREMIER ACADEMY TEAMS TRAINING STRUCTURE
• Training sessions: 2 training sessions per week
• Sessions will be held at University of Victoria Turf and Layritz Turf
• Maximum of 16 players plus 1 GK per team will be selected (11 aside teams)

PREMIER ACADEMY TEAMS BOYS U14/15

• Programs runs from April - June 30 • Training : Wed 7pm - 8:30 (UVIC Turf) • Training : Sat 10am - 11:15am (UVIC Turf) • Program Cost: $475 (returning players) • New players ($120 extra for full adidas uniform and jacket) • 5 games in Victoria • Skagit Firecracker June 15-17 ($275.00 includes Ferry, Bus, hotel and tournament fees)
